Private and semi-private sessions are available at my home studio in Essex, or I can travel to your location or gym for convenience. Training is personalized to your goals — whether self-defense, martial arts skill development, or overall fitness.
Lineage & Philosophy
Green Mountain Jeet Kune Do proudly represents a direct lineage to Bruce Lee’s original art. Sifu Tommy Lovegood is a fully certified instructor under Sifu Peter Easterlind of Coastal Gung Fu and Boxing Club in Marblehead, MA, who is himself a certified instructor under Sigung Steve Golden, one of Bruce Lee’s original students and instructors at the Chinatown, Los Angeles Jeet Kune Do school.
Our lineage is rooted in Wing Chun Gung Fu, the foundation of Bruce Lee’s art, and complemented by the principles of Western Boxing — emphasizing efficiency, adaptability, and personal expression in combat.
